It goes without saying that confidentiality and privacy are also a priority to you and we would not operate any other way.

A reminder to agents, managers, personal assistants or anyone making appointments on their client’s behalf to please inform us of any and all small details your client desires.

• Do they prefer a particular kind of linen or linens with a special thread count?
• Do they have a particular towel they would like used?
• Special bolsters?
• Do they enjoy a particular brand of oil, aromatherapy, crème or lotion?
• Is there a particular group, song or soundtrack of music they would like to hear during their massage service?
• Anything we can do to ensure the service is perfect.

As much as we would like to accommodate every individual client need we cannot when appointments are made with short notice, late evenings or early mornings.

Lastly, if your client is visiting the area and staying at a local hotel under a fictitious name please let us know to avoid any confusion.

American Express, MasterCard and Visa are the only accepted forms of payment. Services must be prepaid, no exceptions. We respect the time of our clients as we expect the same with regard to cancelling appointments last minute.
