Mark Degen is the founder and owner of Sports Massage
Company, Inc. Originally from Monroe Township, New Jersey, he has
his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University
in Wayne, New Jersey.
Credentials
- National Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of
Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health/Fitness Instructor (HFI) - the
gold standard of personal training certifications.
- Certified Personal Trainer with The American Council on Exercise
(ACE).
- Preventive health & wellness have always been a passion and priority
in Mark’s life. To supplement the discipline of health and fitness,
Mark continued his path becoming a nationally certified massage
therapist also acquiring a license to practice massage within the
state of Florida.
- Mark has been involved with clinical exercise and personal training
for over 15 years and massage therapy for 10 years. Mark Degen is
truly a health and exercise specialist. Having previously worked
in cardiac rehabilitation and corporate fitness establishments,
including renowned NYC hotels and sites such as Trump International
Hotel & Tower, the Waldorf Astoria, the New York Palace, the World
Financial Center, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
