No equipment is necessary! It’s all provided
for you. Just prepare your mind and body for an enjoyable full
body workout that will push you to the limit.
The one to one boxing session consists of
- Sport specific aerobic exercise
- Boxing fundamentals
- Punching focus mitts
- Related weight training
- Jump rope or simulated jump rope
- Fancy foot work
- Work with exercise ball and bands
- Ultimate abs
Bio
Dennis Reilly is the epitome of motivation, passion, hard work
and commitment. Mr. Dennis Reilly has a B.S. in Physical
Education from Missouri Valley College and his passion led him
to receive his M.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from Long
Island University. Along with the book smarts, Dennis has plenty
of street smarts when it comes to Health & Fitness. Dennis has
worked the entire NYC health club & fitness circuit teaching
various group classes and personal training. In addition Dennis
has taught at major health spas such as Golden Door, Canyon
Ranch and currently he bites the bullet here and there to teach
at Sandals in Montego Bay. Just when you think this guy can’t do
anymore, BAM! Dennis served as a NYC firefighter for 20 years.
Wait, there’s more. Dennis isn’t called the fighting fireman for
nothing; Dennis boxed professionally as a heavyweight. Get
